Refund Policy Due to COVID 19


As of July 21, 2020, Virginia is in Phase 3 of the return to play plan put forth by the governor.

We are monitoring the situation closely and will continue to keep the membership up to date on the latest decisions by the state and local officials.

No Worry Registration through 7/31/2020

(during regular registration)
If the season is canceled by August 1, 2020 due to COVID, then 100% of your registration fee (minus the database processing fee) will be refunded to you in the manner that it was paid.

Minimal Fees Withheld from 8/1/2020- 9/12/2020

(during late registration)
If the season is canceled by September 12, 2020 due to COVID, then your registration fee (minus a $25 admin fee and the database processing fee, field cost and other costs) will be refunded to you in the manner that it was paid or it can be rolled over to the Spring 2021 Season so that you may take advantage of the discounted fees applicable to the 2020 season.

Season Costs Incurred beginning 9/13/2020

(season in progress)
If the season is canceled any time after the Fall 2020 Season begins due to COVID, then your registration fee (minus 25% admin/fields fee and the database processing fee, field costs and other cost) will be refunded on a prorated bases or it can be rolled over to the Spring 2021 Season so that you may take advantage of the discounted fees applicable to the 2020 season.
