The Spring 2024 Goal Keeper Training Program will offer a total of eight (8) training sessions 

The Spring Goalkeeper Program is for players of all levels (beginner to travel) and will place emphasis on age-appropriate instruction where players are placed into groups of similar age and ability.

The cost is $125*  per player

• 8 Goal Keeper trainings
• Goal Keeper  Training- ages 9-12
  • Tuesdays 6-7 pm (4/9-5/28)
• Goal Keeper  Training--  ages 13-16 years
  • Tuesdays 7-8 pm (4/9-5/28)

The Futures Academy program is offered as a supplement to regular recreational soccer play in Sterling for boys and girls U6-U9 (ages 5-8 Years) who crave a more competitive and challenging training environment and is used to help form and raise the intensive Sterling travel team program levels.

The spring program will offer a total of eight (8) Friday skills training sessions for boys and girls age u6-u9 starting in April through May 2024.

On some weekends,  games in the YPSL league against other clubs will be on Sundays.

• 8 Sessions plus YPSL Weekend Games
• In-house Scrimmages
  • Fridays from 6-7 pm (4/5-5/24)

Technical Training Rec Program:
Agility and Ball Mastery u9-u16

Speed, Agility, Quickness, and Ball Mastery is a must for all young soccer players to increase the level of athleticism in order to become faster, quicker, more proactive, and a quicker decision maker while improving their confidence with the ball!

• When: Mondays beginning April 8 (8 sessions)
• Time: 6-7 pm
