A key attribute that he takes pride in is enabling players to develop to their fullest potential, making teams successful through a unified and consistent training methodology across multiple age groups. Danilo also brings deep expertise in structuring and implementing a Soccer Curriculum that is consistent and applicable at various age groups, and the development of training plans and training lessons used by coaches and trainers in an academy style training to ensure the needs of every team and player are addressed. This experience helps players find the pathway that best suits their soccer goals.
Having Danilo join our club is an outstanding progression that will allow our Club implement our mission and goals to manage Sterling Soccer Club in similar method as European and South American Soccer Academies. This will be achieved by implementing a Soccer Curriculum that provides consistent training to both Coaches as well as players with the strategic focus on the development of the rudimentary soccer skills and teaching a combination of the European style of play based on simplifying the game combined with the South American style of play based on individual skill and flare. Our primary focus is to develop a cohesive player development program that ultimately supports our primary mission of creating an unrivaled youth soccer experience for our community.
We are beyond excited for what Danilo will bring to our players, coaches, and families in terms of quality perspectives and ideas that will ensure we are always progressing towards our vision.
