U12 Girls vs Chantilly - Fall 2018 SFL season
Each fall the rising U11 boys and girls recreation teams advance to the Suburban Friendship League (SFL). U11 -U19 teams competing in the SFL remain a part of Sterling Soccer’s recreation program, but rather than competing against only Sterling teams during the fall and spring seasons, the League gives players the opportunity to be matched against teams from other Northern Virginia clubs. Half of the league games are home games played in Sterling and half are away games played on the opponents’ home fields in nearby communities such as Reston, Great Falls, Herndon, and Chantilly. Each season concludes with a fun, single-elimination tournament on the final weekend.
Game schedules: All SFL games schedules and team standings are posted on the SFL website during the season.
